Kat is a 30 something that works full-time as an aircraft mechanic. She has aspirations of becoming a stay-at-home mom and full-time gardener. Although at this point in her life finances dictate that she stay a working woman. Despite the finances Kat hopes within the next 5 years to be living out in the country with her main focus being the home. has become a full-time stay-at-home mom. She is now trying to figure out how to do that. It will take some practice and she’ll have to use a container garden for a while until she finds that dream farm.
Kat is a 30 something mother of two that just
bought sold 25 acres and moved into town with her family for her husband’s new job. She used to be an aircraft mechanic but has since been able to become a stay-at-home mom. Someday she may go back to playing with airplanes but in the mean time she’ll use those skills for building things around the new place and in her yarn business.
Kat enjoys learning how to do things with her hands, trying new foods, baking bread, and digging in the garden. She does not enjoy planning the garden though. The whole weeding process is not fun either. Hence the lazy part of this blog name.
Kat has many interests that include spinning fiber, crochet, knitting, tatting, cooking, airplanes, coffee, animals, and playing outside with the kids.
